In all areas of St. Petersburg, outpatient patients began to give free medicines for coronavirus. This statement was made by the press service of the city government.
According to Governor Alexander Beglov, such a measure should help reduce the rate of infection in the city.
Medics deliver drugs. At the moment, the city has received more than 200 million rubles for the purchase of medicines.
The press service of the head of the city also said that medicines are issued regardless of confirmation of the diagnosis.
Also, free medicines are prescribed to those who are discharged from the hospital home for treatment. At the same time, a specific set of drugs is prescribed by the attending physician.
When receiving drugs, everyone is required to sign an agreement to comply with the isolation regime.
