"Ramzan Kadyrov has the right to become president of Russia, just like all other citizens. Only the president has the right to regulate the basics of foreign policy," Dmitry Peskov said.

Last week, Ramzan Kadyrov said that if he were president of Russia, he would take Ukraine. According to him, Kiev is now governed by the United States, which is 9,000 kilometers away. In particular, the head of Chechnya does not consider it necessary to cede to the West on this issue.
