15,038 COVID-19 cases detected in Russia per day

Of the total number of people infected, 1,672 (11.1%) were found in contacts without clinical manifestations of the disease.

A total of 4,027,748 cases have been recorded in Russia since the beginning of the pandemic in 85 regions. The top 5 regions are Moscow with 2,040 cases per day, St. Petersburg - 1,127, Moscow Region - 721, Nizhny Novgorod Region – 454, and Voronezh Region - 363.

In addition, 553 patients with coronavirus died during the day. A total of 78,687 people have died of the infection in the country.

So far, 3,538,422 patients have been cured of COVID-19, and 21,961 have been discharged in the last 24 hours.
