The main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow has issued an emergency warning that snowstorms, snow drifts and icy conditions are expected from today until 15.00 on November 30.
The agency stressed that, according to forecasts of Rosgidromet forecasters, snow, in some places it will be heavy, as well as snowstorms are expected in the Russian capital from 18.00 on November 29 with preservation until 15.00 on November 30. On the roads will be snow drifts, icy conditions.
Moreover, an intensification of the east, southeast wind with gusts up to 17 meters per second is expected.
