Conservative MP Kemi Baidnok dropped out of the race after the fourth round of the Cabinet of Ministers election, according to Sky News. Today, the three remaining contenders have confirmed their positions.
The leader of them is former British finance minister Rishi Sunak. He is gaining 118 votes of deputies. Then there was former Undersecretary of Trade Penny Mordaunt with 92 votes and finally British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss with 86 votes.
New rounds will be scheduled until there are two main contenders left. Then all the members of the party, which currently numbers 200,000, will choose between the two "finalists". Voting will be by mail.
