The ISI said the biggest threats came from lone and small group terrorists.
According to a report by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the risks of terrorist attacks in the country will increase next year.
At the same time, the agency explained that the level of risks of terrorist attacks will not slightly exceed the indicators of the current year.
"The threat will come mainly from lone criminals or small criminal groups, which usually attack without much warning," the report said.
However, the risks of attacks by international terrorist organizations have been significantly reduced by counter-terrorism measures.
Head of the ICE Alejandro Mayorkas emphasized that the data should help the U.S. leadership in making informed decisions based on statistical information about existing risks.
Earlier, the ministry said about the likelihood of a surge in violence in the United States in the run-up to the presidential election in 2024.
