Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko spoke about the Russian national team's preparations for the 2022 Olympics in Beijing.
The functionary paid special attention to the vaccination of athletes against coronavirus infection.
"More than 85% of the athletes are vaccinated. All national teams must be vaccinated by the end of the year - my order," he said.
Chernyshenko also spoke about the number of athletes who will go to represent the country in Beijing.
"There are 600 athletes on the expanded list. 218 quotas of 261 have been won. The final distribution of licenses will be at the end of January after the last qualifying competitions," the functionary added.
