Irina Viner, head of the All-Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation, said that Russian athletes will never again perform without the flag and anthem at international starts.
Wiener noted that not so long ago Russian athletes in Europe could qualify to perform in international competitions without an anthem, flag, communication, fans, etc. "But why is this necessary?" the head coach of the national rhythmic gymnastics team indignantly inquired in a conversation with TASS.
According to Wiener, it will be a disgrace and humiliation for Russia if Russian athletes go there.
She noted that rhythmic gymnasts will not perform under such conditions.
"We will never again perform without the Russian flag and anthem," the country's rhythmic gymnastics head coach said.
Earlier, famous Russian athletes argued whether to go to the Olympic Games in neutral status.
Earlier it was reported that the IOC allowed Russians to perform in the Olympics-2024, but not all of them.
