Former Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) champion Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov did not want to train American entrepreneur Ilon Musk for a fight against the head of Meta (recognized as extremist in Russia) Mark Zuckerberg.
Nurmagomedov's refusal to become Musk's coach was reported by a source with knowledge of the situation in a conversation with TASS.
"Ilon Musk wanted Khabib Nurmagomedov to prepare him for the fight against Zuckerberg. But Khabib refused to do so, the reasons are not known to us," - said the source, noting that the duties of organizing this project took over the CEO of UFC Eurasia Andrei Gromkovsky.
Recall that on June 22, Zuckerberg accepted the challenge of Musk to clarify the relationship in a fight. This happened after Musk, commenting on the launch of a new social network, accused Mark Zuckerberg of plagiarism and called him a "snakehead".
