Ilon Musk filed a countersuit against Twitter, the details of which are not known, as the entrepreneur wished to keep this information secret, writes CNBC.
In April, Twitter filed a lawsuit against Musk demanding to complete a deal to buy the social network for $44 billion. In May, Musk said he was still trying to get confirmation that fake social network accounts used to send promotional messages make up less than 5% of all accounts.
In early July, it was reported that Musk was backing out of the deal. And on July 12, Twitter sued the entrepreneur for unilateral termination of the deal. This lawsuit will be heard in a Delaware court in October.
