Specialists of the Federal Security Service have found traces of explosives on board a dry cargo ship, which was traveling from Turkey to Rostov-on-Don with the intention of loading grain. According to the security agency, the incident occurred on July 22.

The ship was checked in the Kerch Strait, and experts found traces of substances dinitrotoluene and tetryl, characteristic of explosive materials. In addition, traces of third-party interference in the structural parts of the ship were found.

Also law enforcers reported that at the end of May this year, the ship visited the Ukrainian port of Kiliya. Then in July, in the port of Tuzla in Turkey, the ship's crew, consisting of 12 Ukrainians, was replaced and the name of the dry cargo ship was changed.

The FSB emphasizes that these circumstances may indicate the possible use of a foreign civilian vessel to transport explosives to the territory of Ukraine.

In this regard, the ship was forbidden to sail under the arch of the Crimean bridge, and it left the borders of Russia.

We shall remind you that earlier in his article for African countries, Vladimir Putin pointed out that Russia could substitute supplies of Ukrainian grain on a commercial and free-of-charge basis.
