In a message in his Telegram channel, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev announced the end of the air alert in the city, which lasted about 45 minutes.
The air alert was declared at 11:12 a.m. Moscow time on Monday.
Now the city resumes the movement of public transport, including boats and ferry.
Earlier, sappers started demining buildings in Avdiivka, and the Russian Defence Ministry said that NATO soldiers were fighting in Ukraine under the guise of mercenaries.
