A 100-year-old American woman from Cartersville (Georgia) told about the secret of longevity. As noted, it is a very accessible way.
As 11Alive tells us, Annie Mae Jackson was born on August 11, 1923. Doctors diagnosed her with abnormally early symptoms of arthritis. As a result, she was advised to move more, otherwise she might not be able to move at all.
Since then, the woman began to devote a lot of time to exercise bikes and daily walks, which Jubilee called the main key to her longevity. Over the years, Jackson became less energetic, but did not leave an active lifestyle. Even being in a nursing home, she regularly walked along the nearest road.
And when the vision and hearing of the old lady began to deteriorate, she changed the route of walks and already began to move around the house, to the point that the carpet in her room frayed pile. The staff of the institution emphasized that this woman is a shining example of perseverance and determination.
