Studies have been published on the rate of inflation in the global community. It is reported that in March of this year the most slowdown in price growth was observed in South Sudan and Russia.
Decline in prices is also observed in Belarus, Zimbabwe and Turkey.
It is noted that the decline in inflation was compared in 102 countries. It is noteworthy that an annual deflation is detected in Bahrain.
The study also says that there is a price increase in 34 countries.
It was most noticeable in Lebanon, Burundi, Ethiopia and Pakistan.
Price indicators remained unchanged in Mongolia, East Timor, Kenya and Namibia.
Note that the study is based on statistical data from 142 UN member states.
