On Friday, June 16, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the leader of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in St. Petersburg. The talks between the two presidents will take place before the start of the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), scheduled for 14:00, Putin's aide Yuri Ushakov said.
During the meeting, the two leaders will discuss a wide range of issues related to SPIEF, the development of cooperation and solutions to international and regional problems.
Also on June 15 on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Russian Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov has already held a meeting with representatives of the UAE, where he discussed the prospects of Russian-Emirati cooperation, and also took part in a business dialogue between Russia and the UAE.
