The Kuibyshev District Court of St. Petersburg received a lawsuit against Yevgeny Prigozhin. From the founder of Wagner Group the plaintiff wanted to receive compensation for moral damage for the military mutiny of June 23-24.
The lawsuit was filed by Danil Belyakov, who is now abroad, and before that in Vladimir headed the "headquarters of Navalny", banned in Russia and recognized as an extremist organization. Belyakov said that he still has family, friends and property in Russia. Because of Prigozhin's actions, according to the plaintiff, he experienced stress and panic. Belyakov estimated his worries in Br100 thousand.
However, the court returned the statement of claim because it had not been signed.
