Audi has released updated versions of the Q8 crossover and SQ8 crossover coupe, bringing them into the 2024 model year with a few significant improvements. The models get updated styling, new colors in the palette, and some interior changes.
Both models received a new radiator grille with an octagonal pattern and massive air intakes in the front bumper. These changes have given the cars a more modern and aggressive look.
The Q8 and SQ8 are now equipped with Matrix headlights with laser high beam, providing brighter and more precise illumination of the road. There is also the option to select one of four "light signatures" for the Matrix headlights.
For the first time, OLED headlights are offered for the Q8, which have a built-in proximity sensor and can glow brighter when another car drives closer.
In the palette of body paints there are three new metallic colors from Audi Sport: red Chili Red, blue Ascari Blue and golden Sakhir Gold.
In the cabin, decorative inserts and new upholstery options have been added, allowing for more individualization of the cars interior.
In Europe, the updated Audi Q8 and SQ8 will be available with a variety of engine options, including gasoline and diesel engines. The SQ8 is powered by a 4.0-liter "eight" with a half-cylinder deactivation function. Both cars will be offered with Quattro permanent all-wheel drive and an eight-speed Tiptronic gearbox.
Prices for the updated models have already been announced and start from 86,700 euros (at the current exchange rate - about 9 million rubles) for the 45 TDI version and reach 119,500 euros (about 12.5 million rubles) for the SQ8. The novelties will go on sale in Europe in the coming weeks. The novelty can be brought to Russia by parallel import.
