Russian leader Vladimir Putin has discussed on the phone with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan the situation around Ukraine, the Kremlin press service has reported. The sides also touched upon the issue of ensuring the safety of navigation in the Black Sea in connection with the beginning of grain exports.
It is also worth mentioning that before the Russian-Turkish meeting, the heads of states discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, including economic cooperation, expansion of trade between the countries, the use of national currencies for settlements and energy exports.
