The technopark will be called Ryabinovaya 44. It will appear in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoe district.
The facility will be the first food industry technopark in Moscow. Its area will be more than 10 thousand square meters.
The Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin noted that the facility was assigned the status of an investment priority project.
This will allow the investor to reduce the load on regional taxes up to 25 percent.
The new technopark will be located on the territory near the Moscow Champagne Winery. The investor will invest 617.7 million rubles in the project until the end of 2024.
Recall that this fall in the Moscow subway will launch the "Safety Train" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. In total there will be eight branded cars.
In addition, it became known that the extension section of the Troitskaya line will consist of six stations.
