An office complex of 13 thousand "squares" will be built in Moscow on Starokaluzhskoe highway. Such information was shared by Deputy Mayor of the capital of the Russian Federation on urban planning policy Andrei Bochkaryov.
"The plans to create in the building more than nine thousand "squares" of offices and a zone of social premises. Moreover, a parking lot for 44 parking spaces and a promenade zone are provided for this," Bochkaryov noted.
According to the Deputy Mayor, the construction of the complex will contribute to the formation of more than a thousand jobs. The office center building will be a part of AFI Park "Vorontsovsky" Residential Complex.
Recall, the demand for "secondary" in the Russian Federation has fallen to a record 38%. In the old Moscow new buildings have fallen in price most of all in Nekrasovka district.
