Since 2017, the Moscow authorities have concluded 12 offsets with a total investment of more than 19 billion rubles.
Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations, reported the delivery of more than 1.2 million packages of medicines to Moscow medical institutions.
These deliveries are carried out within the framework of previously concluded offset contracts. The city has concluded 12 offsets, including socially important areas, of which seven provide for drug deliveries. Two companies, Biocad and Moscow Endocrine Plant, have already started delivery of their products under these contracts.
Moscow Endocrine Plant has delivered 300 thousand packages of analgesics and antimicrobials. "Biocad" in turn shipped 930 thousand packages of drugs for the treatment of oncological and autoimmune diseases.
The offset contract implies that the city guarantees purchases over a long period of time in return for business investment in the production of the necessary products. Since 2017, the Moscow authorities have concluded 12 offsets with a total investment of more than 19 billion rubles.
