New enterprises will appear in the north, northwest and southwest of the capital, as well as in Zelenograd and the TNAO.
Investors will build 12 enterprises and two logistics complexes in Moscow, due to which 18 thousand jobs will appear. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.
According to Mr. Yefimov, the developers, within the framework of signed agreements with the city, will erect modern enterprises and logistics complexes for the amount over 47,3 billion rubles. New enterprises will appear in the north, north-west and south-west of the capital, as well as in Zelenograd and TNAO.
In TNAO developers will erect three industrial complexes that will create 4,6 thousand workplaces, in Zelenograd - six industrial complexes for more than three thousand workplaces. Also in the TNAO and in the north of Moscow logistics complexes will be arranged under the MPT program.
