More than 127.5 thousand people received apartments in Moscow under the renovation program

The renovation program is being successfully implemented in all Moscow districts, and 795 old houses have already been partially or fully resettled.

According to the information published in the Telegram channel of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, more than 127 thousand residents of the capital have already received apartments within the framework of the renovation program or are in the process of processing the necessary documents.

The Mayor noted that the renovation program is being successfully implemented in all districts of Moscow, and 795 old houses have already been partially or fully resettled. Since the beginning of this year about 20.5 thousand people have started to move into new apartments, including about 12 thousand residents who started the relocation in June.

Sergei Sobyanin also mentioned that in the first half of 2023 about 16.5 thousand Muscovites signed contracts with the city. The South-Eastern, Eastern, Novomoskovsk, Southern and North-Eastern districts became the most numerous by the number of right holders of new apartments.

Besides, Sobyanin noted that at present 81 new buildings are under construction on the place of demolished houses, intended for moving of more than 45 thousand people.
