As analysts explain, fuel began to rise in price a few weeks ago against the backdrop of the start of the season for scheduled refinery repairs. So, due to the relevant work, sales from the Komsomolsk and Achinsk refineries were suspended. From the end of April - beginning of May, deliveries from the Tyumen, Khabarovsk, as well as the Yaya refinery and the Astrakhan gas processing plant will be temporarily stopped.
