Russia's GDP growth forecast is improved to 2.2%.
The International Monetary Fund has updated its forecast for Russian GDP growth in 2023. It was higher than the previous one by 0.7% and amounted to 2.2%. This is stated in the report of the financial organization.
Recall, the previous forecast IMF published in July. At the same time, the organization reduced the forecast of Russia's GDP growth in 2024 by 0.2 percentage points -- from 1.3 to 1.1%.
We will add, according to the forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation GDP growth in 2023 will be 2.8% in 2024 and 2025 it will be 2.6%, in 2026 - 2.2%.
